i hate gangs! they’re so scary and intimidating! but these gangs are ones i’d totally want to be a part of or a pledge or whatevs.

10. the boddicker beatnik gang
movie: robocop
type of gang: poor but classy and stylish thugs
clarence boddicker and his bevy of accessorized brothers find humor in brutally and gratuitously murdering cops and stuff. they love drugs and hate the police. oh, how original. (other rad urban gangs i love: new jack city, judgement night, westside story)

9. those wild hogs
movie: wild hogs
type of gang: biker gang!
the old dudes going thru a midlife crisis decide they’re gonna be a bad ass biker gang so they can live that exciting life they never did and beat up on the del feugo gang led my ray liotta i guess. (other rad biker gangs i love: dawn of the dead, hells angels on wheels)

8. matt dillon & co
movie: my bodyguard
type of gang: high school bullies
this gang really had the right idea. if you’re gonna torture kids, you should also make them invest in your club gang. so they make all the nerds pay them to like not beat them up as much? and they don’t back down to no one! unless that no one is way bigger than them and then, yeah, they back the fuck down. (other rad matt dillon gangs i love: the outsiders)

7. los locos and other latino gang
movie: short circuit 2 and havoc
type of gang: latino gang
so los locos are way radder than the gang from havoc but i couldn’t find a great picture of them, not like this one with the fun times the havoc gang are having. they love gang rape and the wikipedia page for havoc uses the word “gang” TWENTY TIMES. not kidding. with that fact, it deserves a spot on this list fo sho. altho any gang that has a theme song like los locos bested any other gang on the block. 6. the rollerboys

type of gang: rollerblading of the future gang
you better say your prayer, boy… they’re coming. who wouldn’t be afraid of a synchronized gang of rollerbladers in matching cute little outfits? yeah we all would. oh and jacob from lost is in it too?! scary gang. (other rad skater gangs i love: wassup rockers, grind)

5. the local vampire gang
movie: the lost boys
type of gang: vampire gang who also happens to ride motorcycles
ooo they are one with-it gang. they dress well, they act cool, they got bill, they dun give a fuck about respecting others and stuff. they are possessive with their females like most gang members, yet they’re more than willing to let new members join as long as they’re willing to hang from planks and eat chinese food.

4. the first wives club
movie: the first wives club
type of gang: bitter ex-wives looking for revenge
they’ll stop at nothing to get the revenge they dream about at night on their ex husbands and any other appalling men. they’re more than willing to commit breaking and entering, blackmail, and blue-collar crimes of that nature in order to afford their white suits and fancy ex-wife party. what a cutthroat gang of ladies! (other rad lady gangs i love: waiting to exhale, the nuns in sister act 1 & 2)

3. drapes
movie: cry-baby
type of gang: greaser gangif you wear a leather jacket and use mousse, you’re a gang. and then hot rich chix want your body. the drapes got each others backs and all that and they’re like a real fun lovin’ gang because they’re also a band. yay! and johnny depp is the leader! hot!

2. the ex-presidents
movie: point break
type of gang: surfer bank robbers gang
hot surfers who rob banks. um duh. rad.

1. the baseball furies
movie: the warriors
type of gang: like a costume sport gang? they’re unclassifiable!
seriously, how many gangs can dress up and wear face paint and be this hard? well those mimes with top hats do it too, but these dudes are way harder. and their costumes are pretty cool too! the gang leader’s art direction was right on. oh and they beat a ton of ass, or want to.

ok, so like they’re definitely faithful to each other as fellow gang members and stuff, but they hate black people. and that’s why they’re a gang. maybe this is too soon.
